Main Course

  • Three private personal training sessions per week (Total of twelve sessions) .

Dessert

  • All above choices come with a full-individualized fitness program geared towards your personal goals.  The program is intended to increase lean muscle, reduce body fat, increase flexibility, and overall physical body well being.  The program includes warm-up, strength training, cardio and diet plan.  The diet plan is designed to maximize your fitness goals based on your lifestyle.  Monthly assessments are included to monitor progress. The first session of all packages is saved for the assessment.

Better Body Class

  • Unique classes that boost metabolism, burn calories, and increase daily energy levels. The classes include a combination of dynamic and static stretching, cardiovascular intervals, strength training, plyometric drills, and multi-level core training.  These classes are perfect for anyone who wishes to change their body fast and have fun doing it! The classes are kept at only 3-4 people! Various intensity levels are considered per individual participant.
